Granddaughter and coffee farmer's daughter, she started managing the farm with her father in 2016, as early as 2018, when her parents moved to another city and her sister moved to Canada, she had to take over the management alone. Since then, she has been working tirelessly implementing sustainable practices, improving post-harvesting methods in order to show what is most special about Fazenda da Serra's coffee. Traceability of all steps involved in harvesting are available for all lots produced in Fazenda da Serra.

Monte Verde farm located in the municipality of Santana da Vargem in the south of Minas Gerais, a region known as the "Mountains of Minas", grew and modernized under the watchful eye and with an entrepreneurial and innovative vision of the matriarch of the family, has revolutionized mainly with regard to dealing with its employees, customers and suppliers, who are seen as a large family that seeks, above all with much work and love, to build a good place to live. In addition, not less fundamental is the hard work and discipline of his two sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and collaborators who have made Fazenda Monte Verde and Fazenda Nevada in the municipality of Campanha also in the south of Minas Gerais constantly able to improve their production. From the management of the crops to the harvest and post harvest, taking advantage of the natural vocation of the properties to produce high quality coffees at altitudes varying between 890m to 1070m always with the concern for the environmental preservation, welfare and evolution of all. The natural aptitude of the properties and the region added to the commitment of the owners and the will to produce always more and better, allowed to cross crises and overcome difficulties with creativity and responsibility, combined with all the work involved in the constant search for the perfect coffee.
About the Coffee
This coffee represents the flavours of South of Minas Gerais. It was project done by Danielle and Ana Elisa who also runs a farm in Santana da Vargem with her brothers Wander and Wagner.
