Ordering & FAQ
We are always on the look-out for great coffees and we love hosting cuppings in our lab. We can also come to your roastery and cup on the spot or we can send green or roasted samples for your own assessment. Please let us know if we can assist you in any way regarding the coffees we offer. We provide general advice and feedback about roasting and brewing methods and assist you with the selection of coffees based on your criteria, profiles, unique origins, or price point. Our number one priority is to establish a long-term partnership, help you build your business and hope that both you and your customers will appreciate the coffees you’ve selected for their enjoyment.
How to request a quote:
Browse our offerings and add each coffee you’re interested in just add to your quote cart. When you’re ready, complete your quote by filling the necessary fields on the “submit your request” page. If you don't have an account with Mountain Coffee, it will just take a couple of extra minutes to sign up and have your account activated. When we receive your quote, we’ll contact you to review and confirm your request and provide you with our current spot pricing and available stock. If you intend to make a purchase, please indicate it in the special instruction section of your quote and we will proceed with invoicing your order.
How to place an order:
You’re also welcome to place your order via phone, email or text messaging via mobility and/or WhatsApp. Once received, we will call and/or email you to confirm your order, then generate an invoice. Prior to shipping, full payment is required. We will then assemble your shipment for delivery as per your instructions. All delivery charges are transparent and are equal to the rate received from the chosen freight company and if instructed, we can also make the necessary arrangements using your freight company of choice. If your preference is to pick up from our Delta warehouse, please let us know what you need and we’ll prepare your order and have it ready for you.
We can provide exact quotes on more specific orders, as well as for specific delivery locations across Canada.
Terms Of Trade
All sales and contracts are subjected to the International Coffee Organization (ICO). Full payment is required prior to your order leaving our facilities. Your coffees will be held for a maximum of 3 days, from date of invoice. Orders ship from either Delta or Burnaby British Columbia, or Mississauga Ontario. All Mountain Coffee warehouses are certified Organic and Fair Trade with accompanying certificates, if requested.

We ship Monday through Friday, except statutory holidays. Shipping Hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm PST. Coffee is delivered in a protected, wrapped and strapped pallet.
Shipping methods available
- FOB Delta, BC.We arrange transportation at the best rate, delivered to your door. Freight can be added to your invoice at the rate charged by the freight company. Mountain Coffee does not add any additional fee for this service – only the freight company’s fees will be applied.
- You arrange and send your chosen transportation company/truck to pick up at any of our warehouses.The freight invoice will be paid directly by you. Another option is that we can add this freight charge to your invoice so you only pay one invoice inclusive of all charges. Mountain Coffee does not add any additional fee for this service.
- Pick up at the warehouse. FOT (free-on-truck) We load your vehicle at no additional cost.
Note: Tailgate lift fees and inside deliveries are extra and prices vary by the transportation company. Let us know if you require this additional feature to receive your order.
DO YOU SUPPLY COFFEE CANADA-WIDE?
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? CAN I ORDER SMALLER QUANTITIES?
No, there are no minimums, however we typically sell coffees by jute bag. If you want less than 1 bag, we can offer 50lb boxes on all non-certified coffees with an additional packing and handling charge. If you are looking for an order that is less than 50lbs, we can help connect you with customers who sell our beans in smaller quantities.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payment is required in full before your order leaves our facility. Upon receipt, we will arrange for your coffee to be delivered to you. We offer contract pricing as well - please contact us for more details.
